August Goals

1. Practice more forearm stands.
2. Keep my eating habits under control.
3. Make sure that I'm walking at least 7000 steps if I'm on my own in my house,
4. Work on lifting heavier weights.
5. Work on self love a little more and that stretch marks are okay.
6. Be more consistent with my leg day & remember to stretch well.
